For what purpose do we collect your personal information?
In JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. we are aware of the protection of personal data and privacy. We are data protection consultants and auditors and we collect your personal data to offer you our services through a service contract that we sign with each of our clients. We also contact our customers by phone or email to answer their questions, answer their questions, inform them and advise them on aspects related to compliance with current regulations on data protection and information security. The main reason why we collect this personal data is to facilitate and improve the service we offer you.
What is the legal basis for us to process your data?
The purpose of JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. is to provide you with the consulting and auditing service in the area of data protection and information security, a service agreed upon by signing a service contract with each client. Therefore, the legal basis is none other than to comply with the execution of the service provision contract that unites us with each customer.
Who can we communicate your personal information to?
In some cases, it is necessary for us to communicate the information that the customer has provided to us to third parties. This is the case of advice to comply with our tax, accounting or labor obligations.
Counselors only have access to personal information that is strictly necessary to carry out their services. They are required to maintain confidentiality about the personal information provided to them in order to perform their services and they cannot use the information in any way other than what we have requested of them.
Likewise, your personal information will be available to Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.
International data transfers.
The information we collect resides in Spain. JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. does not process your data outside the European Union.
How long will we keep your personal information?
In JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. we will keep your personal data for the duration of the commercial and service relationship that we have with you and, in any case, for the period of time legally imposed on us.
However, you can exercise your right to delete, oppose and/or limit the processing of your data. In these cases, we will keep the information duly blocked for as long as it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or some type of judicial, legal or contractual liability may arise from its treatment, which must be addressed and for which its recovery is necessary.
How can you exercise your rights?
Your rights are regulated in Chapter III (Rights of the interested party) of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
In accordance with the provisions of the said Regulations, you have the right to obtain confirmation from Pretel Publicidad, S.L. as to whether or not we are processing your data and, in this case, the right to obtain access to your personal information, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
You have the right to obtain from JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases:
- When you contest the accuracy of personal data, for a period that allows the person responsible to verify the accuracy of the same.
- When the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of personal data and request instead the limitation of its use.
- When JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. you no longer need personal data for the purposes of the treatment, but you need them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
- When you have opposed the treatment, while verifying whether the legitimate reasons for JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. prevail over their own.
You will also have the right to the portability of your personal data, that is, to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another data controller without JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. prevent it, when:
- The treatment is based on consent or a contract.
- The treatment is carried out by automated means. When exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from controller to controller when technically possible.
- Under certain circumstances, and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Your personal information will no longer be processed for those purposes to which you have expressed your opposition.

Measures to protect your personal information.
In JRM Technological Solutions, S.L. we are committed to protecting your personal information. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and privacy, and we review those measures periodically. In particular, we establish measures aimed at ensuring the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of treatment systems and services, to restore availability and access to personal data quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident and to ensure security in the processing of your personal data.
